Crust & Crumb started with a simple moment in the grocery store bakery aisle — staring at long ingredient labels full of words I couldn’t pronounce and wondering why good baked goods had to feel so complicated. I wanted something better: delicious desserts made with ingredients you didn’t have to second guess.
So I started baking them myself.
I’m Joanna, and from my little neighborhood porch bakery, I make small-batch desserts by hand using simple, high-quality ingredients and a whole lot of heart. Every order is baked fresh, just like it would be for family gathered around the kitchen table.
